NPC: A buzzing bloodsucker
Long Desc: Some sort of flying parasite buzzes progressively closer, searching for blood.

Flying within range only briefly, but long enough to hear the rapid beating
of its dragonfly-like wings is sufficient to bring the heat and demand of
eradication.  As long as this foul insect lives, it will remain a verminous
threat and a harbinger of the plague.
It is a insect approximately 1'5" tall.
