Long Desc: A small dragon is here guarding the entrance and doing paper work.

She is a small, officious looking, multicolored dragon.  She sits here
guarding the entrance to the office to the north and doing a little paper
work and filing.  She is pointedly ignoring you since you probably do not
have an appointment to see whomever is in the office she is guarding and
continues with her filing.
She is a dragon approximately 9'1" tall.
