Long Desc: A small, odd-looking bird with a pointed beak is flying around.

A small, odd-looking bird, with a pointed beak, is flying around here.
It looks a bit like another bird that you have heard of, but that bird
doesn't live well anyplace that receives as much sunshine as falls upon this
rooftop.  You wish it would quit flying so close to you, because it is
flying a bit too close to you for your comfort and you could swear that it
is looking at you very hungrily.
It is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
