Long Desc: Fedakinn the fey mercenary is here, reaching for his dagger.

Fedakinn is an ambitious fey that has been known to sell his skills and
services as a fighter to whomever is willing to meet his price.  He
constantly boasts of his exploits, and to listen to him, he can
single-handedly wipe out a whole troup of warriors.  But if you ask around,
no one has ever seen him leave this spot.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
