NPC: Kanis
Long Desc: Kanis the fey assassin is here, resting his head upon the bar.

Kanis, the fey assassin, has been hitting the grog fairly hard, as if
there were some sorrow that he were attempting to drown in the bottom of a
mug.  He looks like he's been ignoring all else for weeks and spending all
he has on drink.  He smells of grog, desperately needs a shave and a bath,
needs his clothes cleaned and mended, and probably needs a job.  What could
have happened to him to bring him this low.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
