NPC: The pet shop boy
Long Desc: A young boy is here, humming gently to himself while he cares for the animals.

He is a young boy with close-cropped hair and looks to be quite happy.
He lovingly sees to the needs of the animals under his care and trains them
with a firm, but gentle hand.  The animals seem to enthusiastically care for
him as well.  You can tell that he will reluctantly part with any of the
animals he is selling.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
