NPC: The beagle
Long Desc: A fierce looking beagle is here.

It appears to be a full-grown, pure-bred beagle.  This expensive breed of
dog is renowned for its sense of smell, though there are other breeds that
have a better nose, beagles are also able to fight what they track.  This
cute little beagle is sniffing about with a single minded intensity,
apparantly on the trail of something.
She is a domestic dog approximately 3'6" tall.
