NPC: The old wizard
Long Desc: An old wizard is here, muttering to himself.

The Pharmacist for the Town of Rune is an aged gentleman that has a
tendency to talk to himself as he works.  He looks more like a wizard than a
pharmacist, but that may just be an illusion created by the combination of
his wizardly robes, his extreme age, and his long white beard.
Additionally, there is a very wizardly staff leaning against the counter by
his right hand.  It could be possible that there is more to his concoctions
than just the ingredients.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
