Long Desc: The jeweler is standing behind a glass display case.

He is a fat and contented jeweler, standing here examining the gems
mounted in a piece of jewelry.  He looks annoyed, as if the gems weren't of
the quality he was expecting or as if there were something wrong with the
workmanship.  He removes his eyepiece in anticipation that he can perhaps
show you something of interest.  If you have a torque ring that you would
like removed, you can simply get it done here.  Just say "sayto jeweler,
remove my ring" and it will be done at no charge.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
