NPC: The ancient potion-brewer
Long Desc: An old man eyes you greedily.

He is a wizened old man dressed in a lab coat splattered and stained by
the ointments, potions and other unguents he prepares.  While he may be an
old man, he definitely does not look feeble; in fact he looks to be quite
dangerous.  There is a greedy gleam in his eye as he looks up from his
mixtures in anticipation of making a sale.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
