Long Desc: A vassal of Lord Agrippa is here, putting on noble airs.

He is a haughty lordling, a minor noble at best and much too young to
have any real responsibility yet, though he certainly acts like his idea of
the lord the keep.  He is dressed in expensive armor that is too light to
shield him from a blow, and too decorative to actually protect something
vital.  His sword also looks to be more for show than for battle and
probably costs as much as his armor.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
