Long Desc: A cleric sits behind a desk, smiling as he shuffles through some papers.

The wedding cleric is an elderly man with a tangled mop of snow-white hair
dressed in a flowing white robe with a gold overcoat trimmed in silver
runes.  He smiles constantly.  Who wouldn't?  After all, isn't a wedding a
happy event for anyone involved in it?  If you are interested in getting
married, this is the man to talk to.
