NPC: The hyperactive tyke
Long Desc: A hyperactive tyke is here, ricocheting around the room.

The human child is an unstable blur of hyperactive motion, clambering on
your back one second and crawling between your feet the next.  You guess
that its exhausted parents deposited it here in the hopes that it would sit
still long enough for the librarians to read it a story.  However, as you
watch the tyke careen between the shelves, you find yourself feeling sorry
for the poor librarian.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
