Long Desc: A wizened old man in a dark blue robe is here, his eyes on the ground.

Though he seems to be looking at the ground, it is quite obvious that
this wizened little man is quite aware of all that goes on around him.  His
midnight blue robes hang from his spare frame and are belted about his waist
by a silver cord.  As he moves along the path, he murmurs something under
his breath.  You wonder if it is a curse or merely a comment about the
weather.  Either way, perhaps it would be best to leave him to his thoughts.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
