Long Desc: Jeredy, the elderly man who owns this inn, invites you inside.

Jeredy is an elderly man who owns this small bed and breakfast inn here
on the town square of Xaventry.  It is said that he is slightly perverted,
so if you are planning to stay here over night with a loved one, you may
want to keep your eye on him.  Other than that bad rumour, he seems like a
pleasant person all together.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
