NPC: A seer
Long Desc: An old seer is here, staring directly at you.

This ancient fey wears a simple brown robe, and sits cross-legged on the
floor.  He hums slightly to himself with his eyes closed, apparently trying
to channel some sort of mystical vision.  He looks up as you enter the room,
disturbed by your presence.  Although he may be old, you can sense that he
is still a powerful magician.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
