NPC: Varlov
Long Desc: Varlov looks at you quizzically as you enter his shop.

This studious-looking fey raises an eyebrow as he sees you come in the
door.  He must not get much business around here, since the shelves are full
of magical items.  Several strange vials full of red liquid bubble in the
back of the room, and when Varlov sees you looking at them he explains, "I
felt like a hot meal today," and grin evilly.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
