NPC: A faerie duck
Long Desc: Lost and confused, a duck of the faerie plane is here.

A tiny little faerie in the form of a duck is in front of you, looking
very cute and innocent.  From its sad looking eyes, you surmise that it has
somehow strayed from its course and is lost in UnSeelie.  It is so cuddly and
fluffy, you want to pick it up and just give it a big hug!  It squeaks a
tiny "quack" and stomps its little webbed feet, then waddles around a
little, as ducks do.
He is a faerie approximately 0'3" tall.
