NPC: A juvenile fey
Long Desc: A juvenile fey is running quickly past you.

This young fey is running around, trying to find someone to play with.
You can see excitement in his eyes as he looks at you, for a fleeting
second, before his attention is diverted elsewhere.  His legs are cut and
scratched, from a brief but painful confrontation with a thorn bush.  He has
now decided to explore the castle walls, a dangerous but highly interesting
way to pass the time.
He is a fey approximately 4'8" tall.
