NPC: Safage
Long Desc: Safage is here chopping up meat into large chunks.

This scary-looking fey grins sadistically as he chops up a big hunk of
meat.  While most of the carcasses you can see are from animals, a few
bodies in the back look alarmingly humanoid.  Safage turns from his work to
gaze hungrily at you, licking his lips all the while.  Perhaps this would be
a good time to leave.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
