Long Desc: An older fey is standing here, leaning on her cane.

This decrepit old fey woman looks like she's been through a lot in her
day.  Her face is covered with wrinkles, and many patches of her skin have
been burned, probably due to prolonged exposure to the sun.  As you
approach, she waggles her cane in your direction.  She's obviously not too
old to be paranoid about strangers.
She is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
