Long Desc: A younger guard is stumbling around, confused about where he's going.

The Fey must be planning on expanding their standing army, since this is
obviously one of the new recruits.  While he is dressed in the uniform of a
castle guard, this young fey doesn't really know what he's supposed to be
doing.  If there was an invasion of the castle anytime soon, he probably
wouldn't be much help.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
