Long Desc: A young fey is playing on the ground next to your feet.

This young fey is playing a game with a small stick and some cloth.
There is a dark tattered piece of cloth wrapped around the youngster's body.
The child has a radiating smile, however you can sense something bothering
them, and feel sorry for their living conditions.  As you approach the child
it slowly moves away from you, and stares at you, scared of your every move.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
