NPC: A famished cook
Long Desc: A cook looks famished, after working for hours preparing food.

These poor cooks probably have one of the most frustrating jobs in the
castle.  They spend all day preparing delicious food for the Queen and her
guests, but are strictly forbidden from sampling any of it.  Since they
often get hungry from working long hours, being denied any nourishment is
almost like a form of torture.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
