NPC: A wandering guest
Long Desc: A guest is looking around the castle.

This small faerie is the first non-fey creature you've seen in the area
that doesn't look terrified.  Perhaps it was actually invited here.  This
certainly seems to be the case, since it is floating around leisurely,
checking the place out.  You wonder why the Queen would invite such an
innocent being here, and whether she had hidden motives for doing so.
He is a faerie approximately 0'1" tall.
