Long Desc: A patron of the Queen is drinking from a cup of blood.

Although Queen Tirona's reputation for being cruel and heartless is
well-justified, she does occasionally help out one of her citizens.  When
she feels that a fey has done something that helps the race as a whole, she
will provide funding or supplies to help further their cause.  One notable
example was her support for a project to create an alcoholic blood drink.
This subject is hoping to receive a reward for writing a history of the
Unseelie Court, and seems quite confident of success.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
