NPC: A training guard
Long Desc: A castle guard is training for battle.

Apparently someone high in the ranks of the Unseelie military command has
decided that the guards need more training.  As you think about, you realize
that you've gotten this far without being questioned, so some work is
probably needed.  This poor guard is being forced to exercise, practice
technique, and review the castle policies before being put back on duty.
He is a fey approximately 4'7" tall.
