NPC: A land octopus
Long Desc: A land octopus is here flopping around, leaving sticky trails in its wake.

This strange creature floats about the area at random, making small
sucking noises with its tentacles.  You've seen these slimy, eight-armed
creatures in the water before, but certainly never in the air!  This one
must have been magically created, for such a thing could not have evolved on
its own.  The land octopi are used to prevent prisoners from escaping their
cells, since the creatures can easily restrain a victim for several hours.
It is a octopus approximately 5'5" tall.
