Long Desc: A prisoner is detained here, scheming for a way out.

This sidhe looks as though he has been stuck here for a very long time.
He struggles against the restraints surrounding him as you enter the room,
and begins to moan horribly.  His cheek bones protude from his face and his
gaunt frame looks as though it has not seen food in a very long time.
Perhaps you should end his suffering painlessly before the Fey can torment
him further.
He is a sidhe approximately 6'0" tall.
