This quest is called 'The Comet', for Adventurers levels

59.
Description of The Comet:
I have wonderful news from Balthazar, he spotted a comet through his
telescope! Such an event only occurs once every two centuries! I want to
see it with my own eyes, but I will need special equipment to do that.
Also, according to some sources, an approaching comet can have mystical
influence upon our lives. Visit Lady Undya and ask her what the opinion of
different religions is, and just to be on the safe side, stop by the fortune
teller. Make sure you are back before the comet is gone!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to
35 quest points,
3 practice points,
25000 experience points, and
8000 gold pieces.

a potion of true sight.

The potion in New Rigel didn't work for me ... the one from Grimaldi Magick in Rune, however, did. —
