Description of Foreign Talent:
My spies at Maldra's Keep have informed me of a foreign assassin
recently hired by Lord Maldra to kill me. Although his identity is a
mystery, they have told me that he is in Rune, preparing for the hit. He
probably entered the city disguised as an ordinary tourist. I have launched
a full scale investigation, but the results were inconclusive. Maybe you
will succeed where my investigators have failed. Collect information, track
down this assassin and kill him. Report to me afterwards to collect your
reward.
