Balthazar, Murmur, and many other of my faithful patrons are growing old,
and even that bumbling fool Drinnial cant stop the process. Find a way to
reverse, or at least stop their rapid decay, and please, hurry, I do not
need any dead citizens on my hands! You will find that journeying to the
dungeon of Deceit and Maldra Keep will aid you in your mission.
