New Rigel is well known as a city of great wealth and opportunity. The
wide range of shops and services available within the city are evidence of
just part of this wealth. Accordingly, there are always concerns regarding
the possibility that someone could attack the city so an ongoing project is
the assessment of the military might of other cities across Sepharia. For
this reason, Lord Vashir has decided to update his information by sending
you to assess the military strength of Lowangen and the residents of the
Desert of Thorn. Your assistance in gathering this valuable information
will be well rewarded indeed!
