This quest is called 'Book Mystery ', for Adventurers levels 90 to 120.
Description of Book Mystery :
Over the years, I have managed to obtain a very close alliance between
Vospire and Sigil, but now this is under threat. I finally managed to
secure the legendary book, "The Legends of Vospire", for display in my own
library for a period of time. Unfortunately, those against the inter-city
alliance saw it as a perfect opportunity to destroy the alliance. They
stole the book from my library, leaving me to explain to the King of Vospire
why we did not have his book. I promised him I would recover his book at
all costs, which I intend to do. Intelligence indicates that an extremist
librarian operating in Vospire has stolen it, leaving us to take the blame.
Make contact with the knight on duty during the theft, and use his help to
catch this librarian. Upon recovering the book, return it to me as quickly
as possible, so I can rectify the situation and return the book to Vospire.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 45 quest points, 4 practice points, 13000 experience points, and 44000 gold pieces.
