This quest is called 'Supply Run!', for Adventurers levels 20 to 59.
Description of Supply Run!:
As with any large city, the garrison here consumes vast amounts of
supplies - food, drink, armor, weapons, etc, in a very small space of time.
It is vital that we keep them well supplied at all times. Our own supply
services are sometimes not enough to meet the demands of our sizable
garrison, so we often have to bring in others to do some of the fetch and
carry work for us. That's where young adventurers like you come in. We
need you to travel to the various stores in town, purchase the necessary
supplies and return here. You will be reimbursed for all funds used to
purchase the equipment, and given a reward for your troubles.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 37 quest points, 4 practice points, 10000 experience points, and 10000 gold pieces.
