Description of Encounters with the Unexplained:
It has recently been pointed out to me that my city wasn't devoid of
magic after all. Are my obelisks not working? Are my people revolting? It
is rumored that even the Palazzo Fountain is enchanted by hated magic. Or
else why would it fill you as if you were eating food? A rumor has it that
a few vendors even sell potion with magical qualities! One of the suspected
infiltrators is the Doctor of Tellerium himself. You are to go under cover
and investigate this weird phenomenon. Kill all who obstruct your research,
and bring some specimens back to me for further research.
