Questmaster: Lady Undya [The Towne of Xaventry]
This quest is called 'Aeropostale', for Adventurers levels 180 to 241.
Description of Aeropostale:
Entering her throne room, Lady Undya silences the milling crowd of
adventurers with a wave of her hand. She appears very much like a queen.
"Noble followers of the common weal, I have here a quest." All eyes are
upon her, "A quest to the far reaches of the land, to the fabled Tower of
Art." Many of the younger adventurers begin to exit the room. "I would
like to establish an airborne express service between here and points near
and far. I hear in the deadly spire of the Tower," now adventurers are
running for the exit, "nests a fierce race of wyverns and griffins." More
people are scrambling to leave. "I want you to kill and capture them so
that we may know if they are suitable beasts for such a service." You scan
the room, and realize that you are the only one left! Lady Undya smiles, "I
thank you for not being filled with fear upon my request. This mission is
simple, and amply rewarded. May Dira add wings unto your feet
