Description of Vendredi's Birthday Suit:
Today is a wonderful day in the town of Sigil, for it is Lord Vendredi's
birthday! Every year, there is a wild costume party in celebration of the
event. However, no outsiders are allowed in, and everyone who attends
refuses to speak of what goes on at the party. Your task is to make sure
that no one will be able to wear the same costume as Lord Vendredi. This
year's party is going to be the most interesting one yet!

Get the whip from an academy instructor in the whip instruction room —

Dropped by a black knight (A knight of the Order of the Raven stands here.) They can be found in the Council Chamber in Sigil Castle. —
