Description of For Goodness Steaks!:
Kirra, the castle chef, has not been able to find enough help lately to
get everything in the kitchen done.. She has asked that I find someone to
run a few errands to help supply the kitchens as her few helpers are
otherwise occupied at present. I have developed a craving for a hearty
steak dinner. You will need to buy a T-bone steak, and visit with Flam at
his steakhouse for advice on the proper preparation so that you can give
Kirra a few suggestions so she need not look up a recipe.. Drop it off at
the Royal Kitchen, and then find me a decent wine to go along with it. Go
quickly, and you will be well rewarded!

This item can be found in bars around Tellerium as well as the 'standard' bars all over Alyria. —

Easiest place, since this quest is in RUNE after all, is to go to the Perplexed Otter, which is located 3w 1n 1w from Town Square North in Rune. The chardonnay is the 1st item on the shop list. —
