This quest is called 'Buried Treasure', for Adventurers levels
120 to
180.
Description of Buried Treasure:
Lord Vashir ushers you into a private room. He locks the door and
whispers to you, "Rumor has it that a large supply of gold has been hidden
deep in the Mandrake Woods. Apparently a red dragon swooped down on a
merchant caravan, which was totally annihilated. A barbarian found the
wreckage and buried much of the gold. I want you to investigate and
discover as much of the story as possible, and any of the gold you may
locate. I realize that this is the start of a huge undertaking. Also there
is one survivor named Swanfir though he has suffered quite a shock and has
taken to drinking heavily. Locate and question him for any useful
information. Return to me with a full report and you will be well rewarded
for your efforts!

Buried Treasure consists of:
Phase 3: Locate and deliver
a shot of whiskey to
Swanfir.
Swanfir is in Lowangen in Swanfir's Cartograhpy, the shot of whiskey can be bought in almost any store that sells alcohol. —

a bottle of plum wine to
Swanfir.
You can buy a bottle of plum wine Jepar's Imported Cuisine in New Rigel, through the gondola. And Swanfir is in his cartography shop. —

Center of the Destruction.
In Mandrake Woods, south of the river. —

This area is easily found by going to the path headed up the mountain and going north. —

a glass of shiraz to
Swanfir.
A glass of shiraz can be bought off Zalyria in the Traveller's Retreat, and Swafnir is in his catograhpy shop. —
