This quest is called 'Feed the Populace', for Adventurers levels 20 to 60.
Description of Feed the Populace:
My advisors advise me that we are running short of supplies and our
citizens face starvation if something is not done soon. We need you to hunt
animals and gather food to feed our hungry population. A number of rogues
infiltrated our city at night and raided most of our grain and produce. The
guards are handling that as we speak, but we must feed our populous in the
mean time. You may find that you will have to venture to the wilds, but do
not fear as there is an inn nearby that you will be able to pick up some
provisions from. Return with these provisions and you will have not only
the people's gratitude, but a sizable reward as well.
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to 30 quest points, 3 practice points, 12000 experience points, and 4000 gold pieces.
