Description of False Advertising?:
I've heard reports that several merchants in and near Tellerium have been
advertising one item and then selling another item of lesser value after
they have been paid. I need you to investigate this matter fully. We have
visitors from all over Alyria and it would not do well to have our merchants
becoming rich at their expense much less making our own townspeople pay more
than they should. Here is a list of merchants and items that have been
reported to have been purchased from them. Disguise yourself And make the
necessary purchases and report back to me. I will reward you well. May the
Powers protect you!
