Description of Beefing up the Troops!:
So that you may better serve the city, you need to be much more familiar
with its attractions and people. Since I have need of some new equipment
for the town guards, I thought we could combine your task of finding
replacements for them along with your explorations of the town. I need
these items replaced as soon as possible since there have been a number of
violent brawls in the local bars which the guards have not been able to
handle properly because they lacked the right equipment. The items you are
seeking will provide them with the tools they need to deal with such
problems as they crop up. You will of course be well rewarded for your
efforts on my behalf. May the Powers speed you on your quest!
