Description of Guarding the Keep:
With the number of new people coming to Beltane each year, it is
important that the Keep, a traditionally isolated place, provides a safe
atmosphere to encourage people to live here so that my power may increase
accordingly. With so many rogues roaming the streets, I fear they may foil
my plans. I'd like to see them dealt with, but we currently have
insufficient guards to be able to drive them out. Please go out and
persuade Alyria's best guards to come and unite under the house of Maldra.
