Description of Troublesome Teens!:
It seems many of our young children in this city have
resorted to crime! The crime rate in our fair city has
gone up ten fold in the past year alone! I've noticed
on my bi-monthly trips to Tellerium that crime is
nearly non-existent. Perhaps you can find out what his
secret is. I'm sure it's those gang members around
town. They are such a bad influence on our young ones.
And those rogues and that guild of theirs! It makes me
sick!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to

4 practice points,
12000 experience points, and
9000 gold pieces.

Troublesome Teens! consists of:
Phase 1: Visit
Lord Telleri.
The quest master in Tellerium found in the Town Hall just off of Clipper in Tellerium. —

Phase 3: Defeat
A crafty rogue.

Check around Tellerium, usually found in the western side of town. —
Nemix
A rogue lurks in the shadows waiting for someone to steal from. Tellerium - usually found on the West side. —
Jazmyne
Phase 4: Defeat
A gang member.
[2 times]
This quest requires you to defeat two of this mobile. The mobile is mostly found in the northeastern parts of Templeton, in or around Orchard Boulevard. (Aggressive mobile towards non-faerie races) —

Phase 5: Defeat
A hidden thief.
These mobiles can be found wandering the streets of Templeton and automatically use the hide skill. This may require you to have sense life to see this mobile. —
