Description of Inspection Day:
As of late, I have noticed that our city's guards are a little slacked
off and are not doing their job as well as they normally do. For this
reason I would like you to go out and inspect the local barracks to make
sure its operating at an optimal level. For completing this task you will
be rewarded nicely. Make haste, adventurer!
Upon successful completion of this quest you can receive up
to

2 practice points,
14000 experience points, and
4000 gold pieces.
