This is a giant sized minotaur who has taken up the role as the captain
of the guard in Xaventry.  He wears a vest that is well decorated with
medals of honor.  This minotaur is goodly in nature, unlike many of the rest
of their race.  He carries a large axe with him and strikes down anyone who
stands in the way of the law.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'1" tall.
