Description of Protect The Baron:
The prospect of assassination is constantly hanging over the head of Baron
Nezak. Any disgruntled agent, two bit adventurer, or hack thief could try
their hand at taking our lives. They would almost assuredly fail, but it is
not a risk worth taking. Any possible protection against this fate needs to
be procured and utilized. Investigate anything that may be of possible use,
no matter how outlandish.

Protect The Baron consists of:
Phase 5: Recover
neverwhen tailspikes.
These come from CPK in the wandering sidhe. Not exactly sure on the syntax to request a specific slot, but I believe you 'sayto employee tail' and then give him 100,000 gold.
Another option is to just give him 50k until he gives you tailspikes.
Has to be done on a character WITH A TAIL or you can't get one. —
