This quest is called 'Psionic Deathwave', for Adventurers levels 241 to 241.
Description of Psionic Deathwave:
In the search for a more efficient, effective, and impressive way to kill
swaths of citizens, a thought struck Baron Nezak. Puny fleshpods are often
preposterously prone to psychic infiltration. The problem is finding a way
to destroy their minds in some other way than individually. Baron Nezak -
however - have the ability to forge a psionics mind with something a
little... Bigger. An agent to procure both psychic and beast, so that the
two can be merged into a mass murdering monstrosity, is needed. After
creating the thing, Baron Nezak can simply release it near our enemies to
destroy them with a massive psychic wave. It should be fun to watch.
Search the surrounding areas for the most impressive psionic available, as
well as a beast capable of holding said psionics brain. Find some tools to
split the skulls. Easy.
