Description of Ship Wars!:
I have been informed by my loyal shipwright Valan, that Sigil is taking a
lot of ship related business away from Rune. He suspects that Pirquen has
something up his sleeves, in a bid to steal business from Rune. Visit Valan
to find out more about the situation, then go question Pirquen. After you
have questioned Pirquen, take a quick look around Sigil and find out were
all the fish are. There might be some in Vospire too. Once you have found
out where they lurk, deal with them if they are overpopulating the waters.
On your way back to Rune it might be a good idea to take some of the sharks
with you, to lower the fish population in Sigil as well as reduce their
business. Report back to me as soon as you return to Rune.

Take the down on the Marble Bridge in Sigil, its found there. —

Underwater in the Pond, Vospire Park, that's the down just south from entrance. There might be another down sw from it if someone uncovered it, that's CPK, so look out. —
